Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties This agreement is established electronically between Barbes Moda (Seller) and the customer (Buyer) who makes a purchase through the website.

2. Subject This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased by the buyer through www.barbesmoda.com.

3. Order and Payment The buyer acknowledges that the information provided during the order is accurate. Payment is made using the secure payment methods offered on the site.

4. Delivery Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

6. Return Conditions The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, returns may not be accepted for underwear and personal use products.

7. Validity The buyer is deemed to have read and accepted this agreement upon completing the order.
